Returned items must be in original packaging and shipped in a separate shipping container. For example: Surfboards must be in the Original Cardboard box, and this box must be placed with a padding element such as styrofoam peanuts or Bubble wrap; exception: shipping containers where the product was originally shipped to you in its original display box as the shipping container, such as an over-sized item that requires assembly.(i.e,Fins,Trucks,Wheels,Bearings,Hardware,etc,etc.Packages and boxes returned to Surf Skate Supply not meeting the above described criteria will be refused. Note: Surfboards must be placed in their protective cover/bag before placing in their respective box to avoid damage to the outside finish (i.e., scuffing).Surfboards not returned in their respective protective cover/bag before boxing may not be accepted by Surf Skate Supply, and may be returned to the sender without further processing. 4.All manufacturer printed materials originally sent with your purchased item must accompany the returned merchandise. 5.All returned merchandise must be shipped with the Surf Skate Supply.Com. issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the exterior of shipping carton / box / envelope. 6.Closeout and/or Special Order items will not be accepted for exchange or return. 7.A 30% Credit Card Charge For Any Cancellations After Product Has Been Ordered Or Is Backordered For Customer. 8.SURFBOARD RETURN POLICY: THERE ARE NO RETURNS without prior written permission and return authorization (r.a) number.No Exceptions!!!
